Course Content

The workshops are designed to be highly interactive and practical.  Giving you tools and ideas to energise your collective impact response, to deliver results by exploring:

• What Collective Impact means
• Ways proven models could be applied to the NZ context
• Ways you could build on your current approach

The workshop will delve into the leadership skills for working effectively with others, including:

• Understanding what it takes to be a leader in collective effort
• Participatory leadership approaches and competencies
• Intentionality versus emergence, chaos and order
• How to move talk to action

Applied action sections will relate learning to the collective responses you wish to tackle:

• Linking frameworks and tools to a current project, or change effort
• Identifying specific actions to enhance current initiatives
• Developing a plan of action to progress

Over dinner on the first evening the programme will continue, providing additional opportunities to network and build your collective response contacts.
