Course Content
The workshops are designed to be highly interactive and practical. Giving you tools and ideas to energise your collective impact response, to deliver results by exploring:
- What Collective Impact means
- Ways proven models could be applied to the NZ context
- Ways you could build on your current approach
The workshop will delve into the leadership skills for working effectively with others, including:
- Understanding what it takes to be a leader in collective effort
- Participatory leadership approaches and competencies
- Intentionality versus emergence, chaos and order
- How to move talk to action
Applied action sections will relate learning to the collective responses you wish to tackle:
- Linking frameworks and tools to a current project, or change effort
- Identifying specific actions to enhance current initiatives
- Developing a plan of action to progress
Over dinner on the first evening the programme will continue, providing additional opportunities to network and build your collective response contacts.

Our pricing has been designed to encourage you to bring your collective impact partners
along to the event. These people do not need to be from the same organisation but need to register as one group.
Individual registration: $1,000.00 + GST
2 to 10 registrations: $900 +GST per person
Over 10 registrations: $850 +GST per person
The price includes all course materials and an evening meal on the first evening.
